[ oh, she got over her fear of closets pretty quickly! it must be because he was there for her, giving her moral support. :') ah, the power of love...!

he follows after her with a pleasant smile on his face, completely oblivious to everyone else's stares.

once inside, he stoops down to a crouch, just a few inches in front of her. he staaaaaaaaares for a long time, his face gradually getting redder and redder as the seconds tick by. ]

Do you want me to start? [ he considered being courteous, and letting her go first, but the guy usually leads in these things, right?! ]

( her eyes grow large and her mouth gaps open a little when he's close. her face turns a hot shade of red before she scoots herself against the wall the best as she could. )

N-No!! We're going to sit here until the seven minutes are up.

[rooster]

[ haru sets a hand on the ground next to her thigh, leaning closer as she scoots away. ]

That's cheating.

( and she stiffs as he continues to get closer, turning her head. )

[ shizuku he doesn't get you. why must you make it so complicated? ]

( shizuku keeps quiet as she nibbles a little on her lip, glancing over at haru from the corner of her eye. he's still... so close to her and it's making her heart pound out of her chest. when did it get so hot? why can't she breathe properly? exhale. inhale. exhale. inhale. )

[rooster]

[ he watches her carefully, noting the way she fidgets too, the way the shade of her cheeks likely mirrors his right now.

something strikes him, suddenly — he wonders if her heart is beating just as fast as his. he can hear it, too — that frantic beat beat beat of his heart. what about hers...?

slowly, he leans down, gently pressing his ear against the flat of her chest. his eyes widen slightly.

( stiffs. )

Ah...?

[rooster]

[ he shifts just slightly, cheeks widening in a smile. ]

Your heart beats like mine.

( she tries to act it's not a huge deal. )

Then we should sit still until it's over.

[rooster]

Okay.

[ he's pretty confortable with his head on your chest anyway. ]

( this... isn't much better but she'll just sit quietly and not move. )

[ here are his arms slipping around her waist, drawing their bodies closer as he gets more comfortable~ ]

( again her eyes grow large and it takes her a minute for her trembling hands for one to rest on his shoulder and the other to place on the top of his head. she looks over at the crack light of the door with her lips thinning. there's no way he'll let her live this down. )

[ it's quiet for a few more moments, with haru seeming to just enjoy the closeness and indulging in the fact she isn't ignoring him or anything like that. ]

Hey... We're cuddling now, right? [ l-like a couple!! ]

Ah... yes. I suppose we are.

[rooster]

It's nice. [ happy haru is he! ]
