► They are now, for some odd reason, sick (headache, fever, runny nose, cough, whatever you want).
► Another character replies and is struck with the sudden urge to take care of them (bringing them soup, extra blankets, Sudafed, sexual healing, what have you).
► Go from there!

[Her face softens as he sits.]

We'll see.

[He swings his legs back onto the bed as well and lies down, pulling the blankets back up over him with a huff. They are definitely never speaking of this again.]

[He'd say that, but his tantrum just now has completely worn his body out. The fact that he pretty much passed out the second his head hit the pillow is yet another thing she'd better never mention. Never ever.]

[And there was her point completely justified. She dared a closer look at him, deeming him fast asleep. After all that, he was probably going to be out for a long time. Finally, some peace. Maybe now she could actually check on him, too.

Gingerly, she extended her hand and rested it lightly on his forehead. Yup, that was definitely a fever. Her hand lingered there for a moment, unconsciously sliding over the top of his head, stroking his hair. It was surprisingly soft, for as little as he took care of such needs.]

[As she realizes this, she pauses, watching his sleeping face.] What am I doing...

[She shakes her head, gently brushing Mechakara's bangs from his face and turning to find a cool cloth for that fever. She was never telling anyone indeed.]
