[ He's got his pillow over his head. He's congested to the max and he doesn't really even want to be bothered, but Maka's here anyway. ]

I don't normally get sick from staying out.

( let's just say she has no idea about him being a pilot. at least not yet anyway. )

This again, huh? You never want to talk about anything. You can't just keep bottling things up like that.

( she leans forward to him, places her hand on his forehead to check his fever. )

[ He's not use to people... taking care of him. So he let's her without protesting, but without looking at her, either. ]

You feel a little warm.

( she pulls her hand away and grabs the bottle of medicine that's on the table, reading the instructions. )

You need to take two of these, okay? That should help.

[ Luckily, Shinji's rebelliousness ends at not talking and he nods without any protest. ]
