You always say not now. [But his tone isn't argumentative; he's just stating a fact. He won't push it. Not today.]

Because I completely understand it now and you have something to lose by trying to explain it, right? [Nope.]

[Bed is extremely comfy, but he...can't quite remember when his last proper meal was. It was sometime yesterday] I should probably eat.

[And just like that, without a word, Silver heads off into the kitchen.]

Silver? [Archer sits up, debating getting out of bed to make sure Silver doesn't trash his precious kitchen]

I won't break anything or make a mess. [So calm down and let him make you food.]

[He lays back down with a sigh. So long as he doesn't hear a clang or bang...]

[tsuntrader]

[You know what's hard to mess up? Pasta. Let's make pasta. That's one of the only things he knows how to make anyway.]

[Good enough. Archer could use something more filling than soup, anyway. He'd like to call out towards the kitchen to make sure everything is fine, but he doubts his voice could handle it]

[tsuntrader]

[...You know, Silver figures that Archer's probably fussing over his kitchen, so he decides to call out to reassure him.] Everything's fine. Nothing's broken.

[He'll repeat himself periodically until he returns with a plate holding a rather generous amount of pasta; it's plain, it's simple, but at least it's pretty well cooked. Don't expect a masterpiece out of him.]

[Is he really that predictable? It's reassuring, at least, so Archer stays put and places the photo album on the nightstand.
