Of course. Do you want to lay down?

[mourningful]

[ He pauses to think for a moment, and then gives a single nod of his head. ] Mm. That would be nice.

[sleepysensei]

[ While the infirmary has actual beds, he... yeah. They're not going there anytime soon, thank you. And going back to his apartment isn't a very good option because of the distance.

So, couches are a go! Kazuaki urges Nageki to feet, wrapping his arm securely around him and guiding him over to the closest one. ]

[mourningful]

[ Staying out if the infirmary is good. Nageki would insist on walking all the way to Kazuaki's before that. But he lets himself be led toward the couches and groggily sits himself down on it before sort of defeatedly toppling over on a side. His head has to be spinning a million miles an hour..] ..Thanks.

[sleepysensei]

There's no need to thank me. [ He slips off his coat and shawl and offers them to Nageki. It's no blanket or pillow, but anything would be better than nothing... right? ] Try to get some rest, okay? You're probably tired...

[mourningful]

I can try... [ He's not sure he can rest. It's not as easy for him as it is for certain somebirdies. But he takes the coat and shawl and makes what he can with them. ] You won't be cold, will you?

[sleepysensei]

Don't worry about me. I'll be fine. [ He rests his hand against Nageki's forehead again. ] Just focus on feeling better, mm?

[mourningful]

Mm. [ He doesn't have the strength to disagree anyway, and settles down against his makeshift pillow, closing his eyes once Kazuaki's hand rests against him. If only there was an instant cure for this kind of thing. ]

[sleepysensei]

[ If only there were. But for now all Kazuaki can do is keep his hand on Nageki's forehead and watch him. The thought of leaving his side doesn't even cross his mind; he just sits there, occasionally drifting off a little but snapping back into focus a few moments later. ]

[mourningful]

[ He drifts in and out himself, apparently wanting sleep but not quite being able to get there. Normally he might scold Kazuaki a little for nodding off, but he doesn't have the energy to right now. He just cozies up to the "blanket" and coughs a little. At least having company is nice... ]

[sleepysensei]

[ hey, if the situation was flipped he would want nageki to stay by his side... though he certainly wouldn't force him if he didn't want to. but this is all kazuaki can do right now, so he will literally stay there as long as nageki wants him to. ]

[mourningful]

[ Of course he would!! Kazuaki always does so much for him. He's a little embarrassed for that, but also grateful. Eventually he does drift off a little, after reaching up to take the other's hand from his forehead and simply hold it. ]

[sleepysensei]

[ He can't help but smile a little at that, giving his hand a little squeeze before drifting off again himself. ]
