It's--ahaha, it's kind of a long story... This one in particular was one I had to wear for getting into the Flower Garden Opera up north in eastern Unova, since they normally didn't allow men in their establishment, so I had to go with a more...concealed taste in appearance to be allowed inside, I suppose...
