Of course now he's also thinking about all the organizing and planning that (mostly likely us will be tasked with) will have to be done for things, like the engagement party or the wedding and when it would be and invites for our friends and family...oh god his brothers, he'll have to call them as soon as he has the chance to and that's going to be a bit of an embarrassing phone-call too but Cilan is okay with that.
